Welcome to Yogic Juice Hamilton ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), as well as the purchase of our products, including fresh cold-pressed juices, smoothies, wellness shots, dehydrated fruits, and cleanse packages (collectively, the "Products").

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Products and Descriptions

• All juices are 100% raw, cold-pressed, made from fresh raw fruits and vegetables, with no water, no added sugars, or preservatives.

• Smoothies are made from a mix of fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables.

• Wellness shots and dehydrated fruits are prepared using similar natural, raw ingredients.

• Cleanse packages consist of curated selections of our juices, smoothies, and/or shots for specified durations (e.g., 1, 3 or 5 days). Product descriptions, images, and nutritional information on the Site are for informational purposes only and may vary slightly due to the natural, seasonal nature of ingredients. We may change cmobinations of juices, smoothies and shots offered at any point of time and the offered items will be shown on the product page.

2. Health and Medical Disclaimers

• We do not claim to cure, treat, diagnose, prevent, or mitigate any diseases, physical conditions, or mental conditions. Our Products are food items, not medical treatments or dietary supplements intended to replace medical advice.

• Juice fasting, cleanse packages, or any sudden dietary changes can affect individuals differently and may pose risks, especially for pregnant/nursing individuals, those with medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, low blood pressure), on medications, or with compromised immune systems.

• Please consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting any juice fasting, cleanse package, or making significant dietary changes.

• We strongly recommend checking with your doctor before consuming our Products if you have allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns.

• Raw, unpasteurized juices may contain naturally occurring bacteria. While we follow strict hygiene practices, consumption is at your own risk.

3. Allergens and Cross-Contamination All juices, smoothies, shots, and dehydrated fruits are made in a facility and on equipment that handles various fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering and consult your doctor.

4. Orders, Payment, and Availability

• Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

• Prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout via accepted methods.

• Products are primarily available for pickup/delivery from Hamilton Farmers Market (or as specified). Online orders may be subject to availability and local delivery restrictions.

• Delivery dates are displayed at the top section of the website.

5. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

• We aim to fulfill orders promptly, but perishable items require careful handling. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or factors beyond our control.

• Keep Products refrigerated upon receipt and consume within recommended timeframes to prevent spoilage. We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage after pickup or delivery.

6. Refund Policy Due to the perishable and food-safety nature of our Products:

• Fresh perishable items (juices, smoothies, wellness shots, cleanse packages): We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once picked up or delivered, except in cases of proven quality issues (e.g., damaged/leaking upon immediate receipt). Report any issues immediately (within 2 hours of pickup/delivery) with photos if possible for review. Approved cases may receive a refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.

• Dehydrated fruits: May be eligible for return/exchange within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging — contact us first. Refunds for approved returns exclude shipping costs.

• No refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or improper storage. All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed upon.

• Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our Products are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our Products or Site, including health effects.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.

8. Intellectual Property The Site, logos, text, images, and content are owned by Yogic Juice Hamilton or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without permission.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or purchases after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and applicable Canadian laws.
